YEIDA Plot Scheme:- The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has released the details of the housing developments in New Delhi and Noida. The scheme went into effect on June 30, 2022.
It is doing big contracts for lands. On September 7, 2022, YEIDA was amended, and new rules have since been adopted.

YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024
Under the YEIDA land scheme, land has been proposed for industrial and institutional uses. YEIDA is gearing up to launch a residential project, through which it is selling plots 16, 17A, 18, 20 and 22D in the Greater Noida area.
The plan offers 477 lots ranging from 60 to 90 to 120 to 162 to 200 to 300 to 500 to 1000 to 2000 square feet.
Under the current project, some of the plots are still retained from previous plans, while others are new. Individuals can apply for the program online from September 7 to October 7, and it will be distributed by drawing on November 18
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has proposed a scheme to develop 119 industrial plots in zones 28, 29, 32 and 33. These areas have been earmarked for various industries, including parks for toys, handicrafts ho and furniture, etc. The scheme ends October 27.
On November 17, a random lottery will be held for lands. These plots will have access to the Yamuna Expressway and the Eastern Peripheral Motorway (EPE).
119 industrial zones are being made part of the scheme. Five lots in the “toy park” category are listed for sale and will be home to toy companies. There are also 41 lots available for building furniture and craft factories.
There are as many as 63 plots in the MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) segment. There are eight typical industrial plot sizes: 300 sqm (sqm) (17 plots), 450 sqm (32 plots), 595 sqm (17 plots), 1,000 sqm (20 plots), 1,800 sqm (9 plots) ), 2,000 square meters (9 plots), 3,000 square meters (3 plots) and two plots of 4,000 square metres.
To be considered, applicants must pay 30% of the total amount (including subscription fees) within 60 days after the date of the dividend notice. 10 half yearly EMI will be required to cover the remaining 70%. The balance of the loan shall be subject to interest at the rate of 10%.
