YEIDA 361 Plot Scheme Objective
There has been an increase in demand across all market segments including residential, commercial, and industrial as a result of the impending opening of the Noida airport near Jewar.
Because the area is growing quickly, people want to live and invest close to the airport. Thus, the Authority has introduced a YEIDA Plot Scheme to leverage these elements. The programme is now accepting registrations, and the deadline for applications is August 5.
Location and Number of Plots
The four distinct sectors that contain these 361 plots are 16, 18, 20, and 22D. These plots are close to the Yamuna Expressway, which links Greater Noida with the historic cities of Mathura and Agra.
These plots are close to the future Noida International Airport, the proposed Film City, and the Eastern Peripheral Expressway (EPE).
Plots Size
The YEIDA Plot Scheme has seven distinct categories in which the plots are available. Along with bigger home plots ranging in size from 500 to 4,000 square metres, the design also features mid-range residential plots of 120 and 200 square metres.
The YEIDA is selling 84 200-square-meter plots, 77 162-square-meter plots, three 200-square-meter plots, 40 500-square-meter plots, 18 1000-square-meter plots, and eight 4000-square-meter plots.
In the 300 square metre category, the programme offers the most residential plots 131.
Plots Price
The price per square metre for these plots will be Rs 25,900. A 120 sq m property will cost the least, approximately Rs 31.08 lakh, while a 162 sq m plot will cost approximately Rs 41.95 lakh. 200 square metres, 300 square metres, and 500 square metres of mid-size plots will set you back about Rs 51.8 lakh, Rs 77.7 lakh, and Rs 1.29 crore, respectively.
In a similar vein, the huge plots of 1000 and 4000 sqm would cost approximately Rs 2.59 crore and Rs 10.36 crore, respectively, minus preferred location fees and taxes.
With the allocation of these residential plots, the Yamuna Expressway Authority hopes to make Rs 343.04 crore in revenue.
Plots Allocation
On September 20, 2024, a lucky draw will be held to assign these residential plots. Interested parties may pay a cost of Rs 600 to get the application form and booklet from the Authority’s website, www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com. Within 60 days, the entire amount must be paid.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be 18 years of age or older. Must be an Indian citizen to apply.
- Each applicant can apply for one piece of land.
- Yamuna Motorway Industrial Development Authority should not have given the land or unit to the applicant.

YEIDA 361 Plot Scheme Implementation
The airport is getting ready to begin operating flights in December. In addition, within the next six months, work on Film City will begin. Four sectors are typically located 10 kilometres or less between the airport and the film city.
Plot sizes under the plan range from 120 to 4000 square metres. As per the plan, on September 20, the drawing process will be finished. The draw will be used to assign the plot to the person whose name appears on the slip.
The entire amount owed by the allottee must be paid within 60 days. The 61st day is when the penalty will be assessed. In addition, 10% of the plot price must be deposited at the time of application, which is known as the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD).
In the event that the name is not drawn, money will be returned. Within a month, the authority will reimburse the money to the account of individuals whose names are not drawn.
If you don’t have any money, you can still deposit the EMD amount by getting a bank loan. Under this initiative, ICICI Bank is lending money to cover the EMD amount. The task of offering every form of facility in these sectors will fall to the authorities.
