Rythu Runa Mafi 3rd List Objective
The main objective of the Third Rayathu Runa Mafi Scheme is to forgive the outstanding loans of farmers across the country.
As a result, financially unsecured farmers can repay loans more easily. The government will soon issue a third list. By checking their names on the list, eligible farmers could get their loans forgiven.

Eligibility Criteria for TS Crop Loan Waiver 3rd List
- Candidates must be permanent residents of the State of Telangana.
- The occupation of the candidate must be agriculture.
- A loan of Rs 2 lakh will be waived as part of this scheme.
- Applicants are required to take out a loan between December 12, 2018 and December 13, 2023.
- It should be a short-term loan only
Steps to Check the Rythu Runa Mafi 3rd List 2024
To check the 3rd List, the user needs to follow the below-given steps:
- First of all, go to the official website of the Crop Loan Waiver Telangana i.e., https://clw.telangana.gov.in/Login.aspx
- The homepage of the website will open.
- Now, enter your username, password and click on the login button
- Once you are successfully logged in, click on the beneficiary list option
- A new page will open
- Now, choose your district and village
- Then, click on the submit button and the the 3rd List will display on your screen
- After that, click on the download button to download the PDF for future reference
Steps to Check the Crop Loan Waiver 3rd List Offline
- Applicant must visit the closest bank office
- Then, communicate with the relevant authority about the 3rd List
- After that, the applicant must provide all information requested by the relevant authorities.
- The applicant will be able to check the list after giving all the necessary information
