• The main objective of Mission Basundhara is to improve land revenue management and reduce obsolete land accounts
• The execution of the mission as defined by the DILRMP is expected to contribute to the achievement of digital transformation objectives
• All maps of the country will be digitized as part of the Mission Basundhara 2.0 initiative, conflicts in land records can be resolved, and maps will be merged and all land data will need to be updated

Steps to Apply for Online Services at Mission Basundhara Portal

• First of all, go to the official website of Mission Basundhara Portal i.e., https://basundhara.assam.gov.in/
• The homepage of the website will open on the screen

• Click on the Services tab
• A new page will open on the screen with the list of services
• Now, click on the service for which you want to apply
• The service guidelines and the documents required for the respective service will display on the screen
• Now, click on the Apply Now button
• A new page will open on the screen
• Enter your mobile number and the captcha code
• After that, click on the Send OTP button

• Once you will click on the Send OTP button, an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number
• Enter the received OTP for verification
• Now, once you are successfully logged in, the dashboard of your account will open on the screen with four sections i.e.,

  • Documents
  • Review & Submit
• Now, fill each section with all the required details
• After that, upload all the required documents
• Finally, click on the Submit button to complete the application process
