West Bengal Utsashree Portal Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant should be a permanent resident of West Bengal
- Applicant must have served at the current school in the current position for a minimum of 5 years upon acceptance
- Applicant must be 59 years of age or younger
- In case of a secondary school, the reservation area should be more than 25 kms
- Elementary teachers cannot apply to a district
- No teaching/non-teaching staff will be allowed to file an application after 5 years from the date of last filing
- If a person refuses a transfer order, that person cannot apply again before the end of the 7 years
- If a teacher has been suspended or is facing any disciplinary proceedings or judicial proceedings or has been accused of financial misconduct, he/she cannot apply for transfer
