On December 21, 2021, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy launched the Jaganna Sampurna Gruha Hakku Yojana 2023.

With this scheme, the Andhra Pradesh government is going to waive all loans and their interest on government approved houses and full rights have been given thereupon to the transfer of their property to the beneficiaries .

The beneficiaries are required to pay a nominal fee to avail the benefits of this scheme. The launch of the scheme was announced by the Chief Minister at a function at Tanuku in West Godavari district.

More than 52 lakh families will benefit from this scheme. Under the one-time settlement scheme, the government is going to issue a registered property title after payment of a minimum amount. Registration forms will also be provided to the beneficiaries.
