Andhra Pradesh state government has introduced Chandrannapelli Kanuka Yojana 2024 to provide financial assistance to all residents involved in inter-caste marriages This scheme will enable Andhra Pradesh residents to marry outside their family without worrying about money .

All citizens belonging to SC, ST, or ST categories are eligible for the benefits of this scheme. Children in the state who want to take advantage of this program must apply online within 30 days of their marriage to someone from another family.

Eligibility Criteria for Chandranna Pelli Kanuka Scheme 2024

1. The bride must be 18 years of age and the groom must be 21 years of age to take advantage of this arrangement.
2. The bride and groom must have passed Class X.
3. In rural areas, the family income of the bride and groom should not exceed Rs 10,000, while in urban areas it should not exceed Rs 15,000.
4. Applicants should not have any vehicles issued to citizens.
5. An applicant for citizenship is not required to work in the government or file income taxes.
6. All required documents must be in the possession of the citizen in the application.

Chandranna Pelli Kanuka Scheme Financial Assistance

The Government will provide financial assistance to residents of the State of Rs. Under this scheme one lakh is provided in exchange for the marriage of a lower child or children. The money will be deposited in the accounts of eligible citizens.

Steps to Apply for Chandranna Pelli Kanuka Scheme 2024

• The application form will open
• Now, fill in the form with all the required details
• After that, upload all the required documents
• Then click on the submit button
• The completed application will be forwarded to the relevant authority to be investigated after submission.
• Financial aid will be deposited into the applicants’ bank accounts if they are chosen for the programme.

Chandranna Pelli Kanuka Scheme Working Process

• Thirty days after marriage, the bride and groom must apply for the Scheme by going to the DA/WEDPS in the Secretariat, or they may complete the application on the official website.
• WEA/WWDS will get both the online and hard copy application forms.
• The bride, bridegroom and bride’s mother’s KYC will be completed by the WEA/WWDS, along with field verification and the uploading of the required paperwork.
• The application will be sent to MPDO/MC following WEA/WWDS verification.
• Every document and observation made by WEA/WWDS will be verified by the MPDO/MC. Following proper verification, the application will be forwarded to PD-DRDA by MPDO/MC.
• After confirming the documentation, the PD-DRDA will forward the application for the six-step validation.
• Following the six-step validation process, the application form and the applicants will be forwarded to the district collector’s office.
• Once the District Collectors have given their permission, the application will be sent to the appropriate State Welfare Corporations.
• When applicable, the corresponding Corporations will handle payment to the bride’s moms.
